There some easy ways to eat nutritious foods or how bout ways to help your kids eat nutritious foods. I know they both are a pain and sometimes it's easier to just give up and let your kids not eat veggies. Because sometimes we don't like eating veggies either.
Well here's a twist.
There are two different books and one website that offers you help to getting your picky eater {whether a child or husband or elder} to eat there veggies. And I highly recommend both of there books.
The first that I came in contact with is called the "Deceptively Delicious" by Jessica Senfield and the more recent is "The Sneaky Chef" and this one also has a website as well which it shows some of the receipes Absolutely FREE! Which if you know me I love free. So please check them out and there well worth every penny!!
