I have came across these two different websites that have tools to help you succeed.
This site has tools to let you know how many calories you should be eating every day and it divides it into different portions of what you should have of carbs, fats, and proteins. So it helps you eat more of a healthier way.

Are you sure because they worked for me.. IT gives a pop up of some sort but it still took me to the website. Did you click on them?
