Getting Healthy in 2009

I know I have been away for a bit of time but now I'm back!

Actually from August and September I went On a big time lifestyle change! Changing my person habits and starting to workout everyday! I did this for two months and lost 20 pounds!

Now after the holidays I have gained back only 5 pounds which I'm very happy with. Now that the stresses of the holidays are over now it's time to get back in shape and start exercising on a daily bases.

Among everything else I am doing such as making money online running right now 3 blogs soon to be four and my own personal craft selling store I am starting again to focus on me and my health.

For those of you who know me and those of you who do not. Let me tell you a bit more about myself...

I have struggled with my weight for a long time. And I have been on pretty much every type of diet out there. Like most of you this may sound really close to home.

Well since Last October I have been eating healthy just not working out. At the End of December I started working out again and in a week I have now lost a pound. So only four more pounds of the Holiday weight to get off.

My first major goal is to reach 180 pounds by June. I am keeping this Blog with updates as well as my YouTube videos. On this blog I will list the sites that I find for getting healthy and staying healthy. And on my Youtube Videos I will be showing you the different exercises I do, consistant updates, and even some road trips of the different parks I visit. Before I forget if you want to watch my videos my screen name is SickOfBeingFat. Easy to find and remember :)
